The Youth Information Point's main objective is to provide information, advice, direct and personalized attention to young people between the ages of 12 and 35, in their inquiries and requests (health, sexuality, sports, housing, education and training, mobility , work, emotional management, etc.).

It consists of different spaces in which different tasks are carried out but always related to information, dynamism or processing of this:

• Self-consultation area, which has two tablets with free access and Internet connection, you must have previously requested the user and the access password.
• Processing of hostel cards (youth, adult, family and group modes) and international cards (international student ISIC, international teacher ITIC and international youth IYTC modes).
