Migrant First Reception Service is a service aimed at immigrant foreigners, asylum or subsidiary protection applicants, refugees, stateless persons and returnees.

It is a set of actions and resources that respond to the initial training and information needs of potential users. It includes the accompaniment, the training and the certification of a minimum knowledge to facilitate living and working in Catalonia.

The contents accredit are divided into three modules: a module for learning Catalan and Spanish with a minimum of 90 hours of training in each of the two official languages, a module on knowledge working with a minimum of 15 hours and a third module knowledge of Catalan society with a minimum of 15 hours.

The person is also informed of the process to be followed in the process that he wants to apply for. The procedures related to this service and from which it may receive information are:

• Report social integration.
• Report of social integration (renewal of temporary residence).
• Report home for family reunion.
• Report renovation of housing for family reunification.
