Elements of warmth and street workout

Located in the physical space of the Mas Lluí sports area, the elements of calistonia and street workout are m sports odalities that consist in the training of all physical capacities through body weight, mixing voltage movements, Dynamic, explosive and introducing acrobatics in the free style mode.

The use of these elements is intended solely for young people and adults, or exceeding 1.40 meters in height.

Basic exercises:

Dominated:

Its execution consists in lifting the body hanging from a bar starting from the resting position, in which the arms are completely stretched. From this position, lift the body by flexing the arms until the chin exits the bar.

Fund:

Supported on the parallel bars with stretched arms and legs hanging, inspire and flex the forearms completely on the arms until reaching the chest at the level of the bars and then lift the body until you have your arms stretched and expire at the end of the effort.

Monkey bridge:

From one end of the horizontal staircase, take the two hands of the first crossbar, and without touching the ground, cross the ladder by passing each crossing with a hand.

Human flag:

Set the attachment to the bar and put your hands in position making sure you are in a straight line perpendicular to the ground. With your body in position and in a straight line, lift the upper leg first, push the lower arm tightly and bring your legs together by lifting the body to the horizontal, leaving a flag silhouette.

  • The use of these elements is intended solely for young people and adults, or exceeding 1.40 meters in height.
  • The use of the elements by minors, must be supervised by an adult and will be under their responsibility.
  • You should avoid excessive effort during the use of the elements and be aware of your fitness and ability from the medical point of view.
  • Look around before performing any exercise to make sure there are no users you can hit or interfere with.
  • No smoking or drinking is allowed.
  • It facilitates the coexistence respecting the local rest.
  • Sound equipment is not allowed. If you want to listen to music you will have to use headphones.
