The councils in the neighborhoods are committed to bringing the municipal administration closer to the citizens and attend to the complaints, suggestions and proposals of the citizens first hand.

Councilors in the neighborhoods attend to residents directly in a municipal facility. The visits take place on the last Monday of each month between 6 and 8 pm h, and people interested in contacting them can without prior appointment.

The main objective of the figure of the councils in the neighborhoods is to promote the proximity between the administration and the citizens through constant dialogue, as well as to promote the collaboration with the associations of neighbors to improve the public space, coexistence and civility. In this sense, the people of Sant Feliuen can actively participate in the collective affairs of the city, one of the priorities that is included in the programmatic agreements of the municipal government team.

So, the councils in the neighborhoods guarantee greater effectiveness of the action of the municipal government on a day-to-day basis and in relation to the most immediate needs of the various neighborhoods.
