The San Feliu restaurant combines flavor and tradition with Plats&Roses

From May 10 to 12, various establishments in the municipality will offer gastronomic proposals in which the rose will be the undisputed protagonist. Through a fusion between local culinary tradition and creative experimentation, restaurants and pastry shops have conceived exclusive dishes that highlight the possibilities of the emblematic flower in the kitchen, and which can be tasted during the Spring Festivals.

The participating establishments are:

  • Restaurant Aire (c/ Falguera, 2-8), with tuna tartar, beetroot and roses.
  • Barmuteria Casino Santfeliuenc (c/ Joan Batllori, 6), with roast duck confit with rose petal compote and citrus fruits.
  • Salao (c/ Armenteres, 8-18), with 'La Nostra rosa de Sant Feliu' chocolate cream.
  • Salao Take Away (March 8 park), with 'La Nostra rosa de Sant Feliu' chocolate cream.
  • L'Olla (c/ Creus, 8-10), with Crispy boneless pork feet with rose flavored sweet apple.
  • El Parlament (c/ Rectoria, 15), with Pastrami with sour strawberry and rose jam.
  • Brasseria el Caliu (c/ Santa Maria, 88), with puff pastry with cream, apple and rose jam.
  • Sweetsinn (c/ Verge del Pilar, 27), with Roses with chocolate mousse.
  • Pastry Mas Tres (c/ Pi i Margall, 1), with Les Flors de la Vila (cupcake).
  • La Despensa de Eva (c/ Torres i Bages, 10), with Red Velvet, Cheese cake Lotus and Carrot Cake decorated with roses
  • Pastisseria Daily (c/ Josep Maria de Molina, 9), with sweet rose cake.

Plats&Roses offers a unique experience that combines the richness of local cuisine with the elegance and fragrance of roses, and offers visitors to the Festivals the chance to discover the most delicate flavors of spring, in an incomparable setting. Bon Appetit!
