Public prices no. 3

Use of spaces, material and advertising

Article 1.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 41 to 47 in relation to Article 127 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004 of March 5, public prices are established for the use of municipal spaces, loan of materials and advertising .

Article 2. Forced to pay

The persons or entities that request the services or benefit from them, or their respective parents, guardians, representatives or guardians, in the case of minors, are obliged to pay for the provision of the following services:

  • Prices for use of spaces
    1. Sports facilities
    2. Cultural, civic and technological facilities
    3. Training and employment facilities
    4. Institutional facilities
  • Prices of books, materials and advertising

Article 3. Prices

The prices are those that are detailed in the Annex to this Ordinance.

Article 4. Management

  1. The prices may be required for self-assessment.
  2. The settlement of the prices will be carried out before the provision of the services.
  3. In case of cancellation of reservations for the use of spaces with 5 working days or more in advance, 100% of the public price will be refunded. In the case of cancellations less than 5 days in advance, only 75% of the amount will be refunded to cover the expenses incurred by such cancellations at the City Council.

Article 5. Final provision

This Public Price Ordinance was approved by the Municipal Plenary in session, of April 27, 2017, published in the BOP, dated May 2, 2017, began to govern the first day of November 2017, and will continue to be in effect while do not remember its repeal.

Outside the hours of operation, the hourly rental price of the room will be increased by the costs of the support services that are considered necessary according to municipal technical criteria.

    • Conditions:
      1. In order to request the material, the specific standardized instance must be submitted, in person or online, with the details of the request.
      2. The request must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the date of the activity and a maximum of 3 months. Petitions that do not meet these deadlines will be rejected.
      3. Only legal representatives of the entities registered in the Municipal Register of citizen entities may request materials of a festive nature and municipal property.
      4. The request for material does not in itself generate any rights for the applicant, nor any obligation on the part of the City Council. The Department of Culture will confirm the availability of the requested material and will specify the specific conditions that correspond to it.
      5. The person requesting the collection and return of the material in the storage space where the City Council has it stored will be borne by the applicant. If, for the timetable or for any other circumstance, the collection or return of the material generates expenses, the applicant will be responsible. These costs will be invoiced by the company that the City Council has contracted for these services to the applicant, with the same prices that apply to the City Council.
      6. In the case of requests for material to be used during a weekend, the material must be collected the previous Friday at the latest, at 19:00, and must be returned the following Monday. , at 2 p.m. Depending on the nature of the activities, other return times may be agreed. The costs of these changes will be borne by the applicant.
      7. The assembly and disassembly of the 3 x 3 meter extendable tents, given the delicate nature of the work, will always be carried out by the Department of Culture, through the company that has contracted for these types of services. This company will bill the costs of the service to the applicant, with the same prices that apply to the City Council.
      8. In the case of loss, theft or damage of the material, during the time that is assigned, the person or entity applicant will have to pay the public price of the material affected, which is fixed in these ordinances.
      9. At the time of the request, by signing the specific instance, which already includes it, the applicant must make the following commitments:
        • Be responsible for the use of the transferred material.
        • Return the material in the same state in which it was delivered, in the same place and under the agreed conditions.
        • Be responsible for paying for any material that is lost, stolen or broken during the activity in accordance with the public prices approved by the City Council.
        • Be aware that non-compliance with the terms of use will prevent you from accessing other assignments of materials for future events.
        • To bear the costs of collecting, transporting and assembling the transferred materials.
        • That the assembly and disassembly of the extendable white tents must be carried out by the person designated by the Department of Culture, given the delicate nature of the work.
        • That must bear the costs of both the assembly and disassembly and the transport of the extendable white tents.
      10. The City Council of Sant Feliu de Llobregat may provide the festive material at no cost to the applicant entity, when it is established in a Collaboration Agreement between the City Council and the entity, on the occasion of activities of citizen and public interest.
