The City of Sant Feliu de Llobregat available to the public of public information provisions on enforcement of state and regional transparency, access to public information and good governance.
The right of access to public information may be exercised for 16 years and may be denied or restricted in the following cases:
You can ask all the information that has been prepared by the council itself and that the City Council as a consequence of their activity or the exercise of their functions, without the need to justify the interest or motivation application.
All requests will be handled within a maximum of one month and, whenever possible, information will be delivered in the manner and format requested.

In the event that the request for information is totally or partially denied, a complaint may be submitted, in person or electronically, to the Guarantee Commission for the Access to Public Information Access (GAIP).
According to Law 19/2014, on Transparency, Access to Information and Good GovernanceIf the City Council does not resolve and notify within the established deadline, the request is deemed estimated, unless a rule with a legal status expressly establishes a total or partial disregard effect in relation to a certain information. In any case, the right of access can not be acquired through administrative silence if one of the limits established by this or other laws is in order to have access to the public information.
