Each year a leaflet is drawn up with the offer of courses and workshops.

The facilities where the activities are carried out are the following: Elderly People Area of the Roses Civic Center, Elderly People Area of the Falguera Neighborhood, Municipal Elderly People Center, El Tovalloles Civic Center's Elderly People Area.

Physical activity program for adults and seniors

Health program aimed at achieving the highest level of physical, mental and social well-being among adults and the elderly. The main objective is to create habits that influence health and quality of life.

The program aims to improve the components of healthy fitness at different levels: morphological, muscular, cardiorespiratory, metabolic and motor through the physical activity that develops in all the sport modalities adapted for adults and with a leisure component.

Intergenerational activities in schools in the city

Older people have a lot of personal baggage to pass on to children. This workshop aims to establish an exchange between generations and enhance the role of the elderly as a transmitter of values, customs and traditions.

Meetings of the Participation Councils of the Elderly of the County Council

The delegates assigned from the municipality meet monthly with other referents from municipalities in the Baix Llobregat region, and work together, and two commissions, on topics that interest the whole group.

Once a year, the Annual Assembly presents its opinions and shares the great work done.
