Lourdes Borrell Moreno, the mayoress
Born in Mataró on February 17, 1961. He lives in Sant Feliu de Llobregat since 1989.
Degree in Music (Liceu de Barcelona). He has studied Art History at the University of Barcelona and doctoral studies in the Department of Art History, obtaining the DEA from the University of Barcelona. She holds a PhD from the University of Barcelona in the Society and Culture: History, Anthropology, Art and Heritage Program.
Director of Musical Theatre and Music Hall, the UNESCO Associated Schools in Sant Feliu de Llobregat. He is a member of the secretariat of the Regional Federation of the PSC of Lower Llobregat.
He has been a councilor since 2007. From 2007 to 2011 he was Councilor for Culture, Finance and Economy. First woman who accedes to the mayor of the city from December 2010 to June 11, 2011. From 2011 to 2015 he was spokesman for the municipal socialist group in the opposition and vice president of the Baix Llobregat County Council. Between 2015 and 2019, he was the councilor responsible for policies for sports, people with disabilities, solidarity and cooperation, public health and consumption.
He is the Minister of Economic, Strategic and Agricultural Development at the Consell Comarcal del Baix Llobregat.
