Activities at risk of wildfire between 15 March and 15 October

From 15 March and 15 October, fire risk activities that are carried out less than 500 meters from forest land, need authorization from the General Directorate of Forests and Environmental Management, according to the Decree 64/1995, of March 7, by which forest fire prevention measures are established.

Older people, who during this period have the need to perform certain tasks and activities that pose a risk of forest fire, may request this extraordinary authorization.
