How?

• Internet:through the electronic procedure that you will find on this same page. It will be necessary to enter the data and attach the documentation that will be asked of you. The settlement will be generated and you will have several payment options. Until the payment of the fee is made effective, or the exemption is proven, the procedure will not be able to continue, which will end when, once signed, the system returns the form with entry registration and number file
• In person:at the Citizens' Service Office, submitting the official form that you will find by following this link and providing all the required documentation, if you are not a person required to communicate with the City Council by electronic means.
• In any other way established in current legislation on common administrative procedure.

When can you do?

It must be processed before starting the work.

The works can be started after 10 working days from the presentation of the previous communication to the City Council with all the relevant documentation, as long as the person concerned has not been informed of any deficiencies.

The maximum term to start the works is 1 month from its presentation, and a maximum term to finalize them of 6 months. These deadlines may be extended in half if they are communicated before they have passed and will entail payment of the corresponding fees.

Documents required

Formcompleted and signed, attaching the following documentation:

• Descriptive technical report of the definition of the works to be carried out, with an explanation of what and how it will be carried out, signed by a competent technician.
• Graphical documentation sufficient at 1/100 scale or 1/50 and limited, in order to understand and specify the works to be executed.
• In the case of not presenting the approved documents, certificate of association of the technician of the works, if applicable.
• Budget of the material execution with definition of the games and measures to develop.
• Authorization signed by the President of the Community or minutes of the community agreement, if applicable.
• Photographs 10 x 15 cm in color of the parts where intervention is carried out.
• Fee receipt, if applicable.
