Public shows or recreational activities of an ordinary nature are considered to be those that are carried out regularly in fixed or occasional establishments, which may be permanent or seasonal. They are included in the catalog that is included in Annex I of the Regulation of public shows and recreational activities (REPAR), approved byDecree 112/2010, dated August 31, which may be subject to the prior communication system.
The following cases are subject to the pre-notification regime:
- The non-substantial modification of establishments open to the public that have the corresponding municipal license.
- The establishments open to the public destined to cinematographic spectacles.
- Establishments open to the public for public shows and recreational musical activities with an authorized capacity of up to 150 people.
- Establishments open to the public for restoration activities with an authorized capacity of up to 150 people, and provided they do not have a terrace or any other outdoor space in the open air.
- Live performances at the establishments listed in the catalog in annex I.
- In the case of establishments open to the public set out in the previous point, the owner of these must submit a communication to the competent administrative body beforehand at the scheduled date of their opening.
The pre -authorization of fire measures
In the event that works are to be carried out in the establishment, the request of llicense for major or minor works or prior communication of works must be processed in advance to the request for this procedure.
