Advance notice of events and recreational activities

Public shows or recreational activities of an ordinary nature are considered to be those that are carried out regularly in fixed or occasional establishments, which may be permanent or seasonal. They are included in the catalog that is included in Annex I of the Regulation of public shows and recreational activities (REPAR), approved byDecree 112/2010, dated August 31, which may be subject to the prior communication system.

The following cases are subject to the pre-notification regime:

The non-substantial modification of establishments open to the public that have the corresponding municipal license.
The establishments open to the public destined to cinematographic spectacles.
Establishments open to the public for public shows and recreational musical activities with an authorized capacity of up to 150 people.
Establishments open to the public for restoration activities with an authorized capacity of up to 150 people, and provided they do not have a terrace or any other outdoor space in the open air.
Live performances at the establishments listed in the catalog in annex I.
In the case of establishments open to the public set out in the previous point, the owner of these must submit a communication to the competent administrative body beforehand at the scheduled date of their opening.

The pre -authorization of fire measures

In the event that works are to be carried out in the establishment, the request of llicense for major or minor works or prior communication of works must be processed in advance to the request for this procedure.

Documents required

Technical project for opening recreational activities or shows or activities signed by a competent technician and visa.
Acoustic impact study of establishment.
Self-protection plan as established in article 46 of the regulation of public shows and recreational activities.
Certificate of installation of a sound limiter with a recorder. In the event they are open to the public for music shows or musical activities according to art. 34.1. of the Law of public spectacles and recreational activities.
Technical certificate that certifies that the installations and the activity are in accordance with the technical project submitted and that the requirements established by the regulations applicable to safety, fire prevention, noise, public health and others are complied with.
Photographs of the sign or plate in case they are open to the public for music shows or musical activities and inside them can be over 90dB (A) must provide photos of the sign or plaque that warns of this fact according to the article 34.2 of the Law on public shows and recreational activities.
Accreditation food handling course, if applicable, depending on the type of activity.
Authorization of measures against fires
Municipal Urban Planning Report (only for those activities included in the restaurant sector not located in residential areas).
Declaration of insurance in the name of the owner of the establishment that complies with the provisions of Law 11/2009 on civil liability.
Document certifying the availability of the premises in which the owner (rental contract, sale agreement, etc.).
Relation of neighbors with specification of names and directions.
Declaration responsible for the start of activity for food establishments, if applicable
