Prior notification of works for emergency actions to protect facades, partitions and other constructive elements

How?

• Internet:through the electronic procedure that you will find on this same page. It will be necessary to enter the data and attach the documentation that will be asked of you. The settlement will be generated and you will have several payment options. Until the payment of the fee is made effective, or the exemption is proven, the procedure will not be able to continue, which will end when, once signed, the system returns the form with entry registration and number file
• In person: a the Public Service, presenting the official form that you will find by following this link and providing all the required documentation, if you are not a person required to communicate with the City Council by electronic means.
• In any other way established in current legislation on common administrative procedure.

Qui ho pot demanar?

Legal persons or physical persons of legal age, not necessarily must own the property, or a representative.

When can you do?

It must be processed before starting the work.

The works can be started after 10 working days from the presentation of the previous communication to the City Council with all the relevant documentation, as long as the person concerned has not been informed of any deficiencies.

The maximum term to start the works is 1 month from its presentation, and a maximum term to finalize them of 6 months. These deadlines may be extended in half if they are communicated before they have passed and will entail payment of the corresponding fees.

Documents required

Formcompleted and signed, attaching the following documentation:

• Technical report describing the definition of the works to be performed, with explanation of what and how it will be carried out.
• Graphical documentation sufficient at 1/100 scale or 1/50 and limited, in order to understand and specify the works to be executed.
• Assume optional management by the competent technician or civil liability insurance of the contracted company that assumes the protection work.
• Budget of the material execution with definition of the games and measures to develop.
• Pictures
• Authorization signed by the President of the Community or act of the community agreement, if applicable.
