The procedure will be pending completion of the corresponding fee, which may be paid on the website www.santfeliu.cat/pagamentsor any of the branches of banks consisting of the settlement that the applicant will receive the address provided during the procedure.

In person:

• With the application completed and signed, must be sent to theEconomic Officein order to obtain the self-assessment of the corresponding fee.
• The payment of the fee can be made with a bank card in the same Economic Office or at the same time,Public ServiceOr in cash at the offices of banks that comprise the self-assessment.
• Once payment must submit the application with required documentation attached to the Public Service.
• In case the request was submitted late hours of the Economic Office, the applicant will receive payment to the address indicated in the application.

By mail:

• Send your request by mail to the Office of Citizen Services, signed and attached the required documents.
• In this case the applicant will receive the settlement document at the address indicated in the application.

Documents required

• Specific instance (only in the face-to-face procedure) of request of urban license for the constitution or modification of a regime of horizontal property
• Technical project (to be submitted in duplicate and visa by the official school) that must contain the following documents:
  • Memoria justificativa de la adecuación del número de viviendas, establecimientos o elementos propuestos a las determinaciones del planejo aplicable y en el caso de viviendas, del cumplimiento de los requisitos mínimos de habitabilidad para segunda ocupación.
  • The necessary plans at an adequate scale to record the number of houses, establishments or elements and their surface and urban use.
  • Simple note or certification of the property registration showing the description of the property or the building.
  • The proforma of public writing of simple or complex horizontal division.
  • Tax payment proof.
