The maximum annual amount is determined by the sum of the income of all members of the family over the age of 16. These will be obtained from the sum of the general taxable and taxable bases of the savings from the last declaration of disposable income of all eligible members of the family.
If any of the members of the family has not submitted the declaration, because they are not obliged to do so, proof of their income may be made with the imputation certificate provided by the General Tax Agency, or with any other supporting documentation that the 'City Council considers sufficient.
