Use of the public arising from the execution of works

How?

• By any other channel established by current legal regulations

The procedure will remain pending settlement of the corresponding fee, which can be paid through the website www.santfeliu.cat/pagamentsor any of the branches of banks consisting of the settlement that the applicant will receive the address provided during the procedure.

Qui ho pot demanar?

Any natural or legal persons of legal age, or representative, who need to occupy the public thoroughfare for the reasons listed above, and who have made prior notice or have the license mandatory.

When can you do?

The request must be made with 7 working days in advance (do not count Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).

It will be necessary to place the traffic signs indicated by the Local Police with 48 hours in advance of occupation.

Documents required

• Identification of the place to be occupied (street, number or section of the street).
• Date of employment.
• Hours of employment.
• Linear meters to occupy.
• If the occupation derives from a work, you must have a license granted or informed, both in force and indicate the file number.
