• That they are NOT carried out in community areas.
• DO NOT affect structural elements (master walls, any column ...)

• That they are carried out in homes or premises.
• That do NOT entail the occupation of public space.
• That the budget for the material execution of the work to be done is equal to or less than 6,000 euros.

Works subject to the regime of finding minimal works:

• Works to improve kitchens, toilets or utensils, which do not imply alterations in the internal distribution of the home or premises or changes in the general installations or uses of the original rooms.
• Rub, wrap or paint walls and / or interior ceilings.
• Repair or replace surface surface of the ground or staggered., Provided it does not exceed 50 m2, without affecting forged or slabs.
• Screw inner walls
• Change or repair interior installations (water, gas, electricity, telephone, heating). Provided that they do not entail substantial alterations of the services.
• Place or repair the ceiling, maintaining a minimum useful height of 2.50 m.
• Formation or modification of shop windows within the architectural hole and worktops in commercial premises (not bars of Bars or Restaurants) without modifying the dimensions of the opening nor the homogeneity of the facade.
• Cleaning, clearing and gardening work in the interior of the estates, as long as it does not entail the destruction of existing gardens, topographical modification of the land or felling of trees.
• Repair or replace non-asbestos rainwater droplets, and when a scaffolding of more than 2 meters high is not required, except for the main façade and without occupying the public road.
• Change doors, windows or blinds on the facade without modifying the dimensions of the opening nor the homogeneity of the façade (type and color).
• Place grates, according to a single model approved by the community of owners.
• Occasional repairs of leaks on roofs, roofs and roofs, less than 50 m2.
• Place awnings in accordance with articles 21 and 22 of thegeneral municipal ordinance and the one that is determined in the statutes of the community of proprietors l (excluding the awnings of premises to low plants that they give to the public thoroughfare).

Works not specified in this section are excluded.
