How?

• Online through the procedure on this page.
• In person, at the Citizen Service Office.
• By post, sending the signed application form with the attached documentation that is needed to the Office. of Citizen Attention.

Qui ho pot demanar?

Any body corporate (through its representative) or physical, to whom a complaint has been made or you have a sanction imposed.

Identification of the driver or conductor:

Should not the person reported to have committed the offense, or if the ownership of the vehicle corresponds to a company, is mandatory provide identifying information (name, surname, ID and address) of the person driving at the time of traffic infraction.

When can you do?

• The arguments within fifteen days from the day of notification of the complaint
• The appeal within one month of the notification of the rejection of the allegations, the imposition of the sanction or voluntary payment of the fine with bonus.
