Major work license

Necessary processing to do works that are newly built or entail increased volume or built surface, demolition and change of use to residential.

* The granting of the Major Work License in no case contains the permission to occupy the public thoroughfare, this has to be processed apart, by means of its corresponding procedure:

In case of public employment:
- Occupation of the public road derived from the realization of works
- Occupation of public roads for iron containers
- Employment in the public for sacks of rubble
In case of installation of crane:
- Smaller work license for the installation of a tower crane
In case of new connection to sewer:
- Submission of applications and documents in the General Register of the City
In case of signposting:
- Previous communications of works of installation of advertising signs within the architectural holes or signs without funds or with transparent backgrounds on the façade openings, in premises that have legal activity, in unclassified buildings

Important note

On May 10, 2024, the suspension, for one year, of the granting of planning licenses for the change of use of office, industrial and commercial premises in housing in Sant Feliu de Llobregat came into force (approval atPlenary meeting of April 25, 2024).

In person, at the Citizen Service Office.
By post, sending the signed application form with the attached documentation that is needed to the Office. of Citizen Attention.

Prices

The price of the building permit is the sum of the fee for the granting of planning licenses and the tax on constructions, installations and works according to:

Tax ordinance number 10: Fee for the granting of planning licenses.

Fiscal ordinance number 5: Tax on constructions, installations and works.

Consult the possible exemptions and bonuses in the two ordinances.

Requirements for online processing

You must have one of these electronic identification and signature systems:
- Digital certificate: DNIe, TCAT, FNMT, Camerfirma, Professional firm, idCAT, etc.
- idCAT Mobile
- PIN key, Cl @ ve permanent
The documents should be in formats of Microsoft Office, LibreOffice, OpenOffice, Adobe Acrobat PDF, images in BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF.
